I had a couple comments about me not posting in awhile… so, im gonna update as Ive been to ashamed until now.

No, I did not ‘give up’ but I’m still heartbroken about the fact I havent juiced in a few days, maybe a week. We just have not had the funds to do so. We are poor a** white folk round here and as much as our gov’t preaches to eat healthy they sure as heck don’t make it so attainable with the healthy stuff being so overly expensive. They need to stop preaching about obesity and making people feel ashamed about it if they arent going to help be a solution to the biggest problem…. money.

ok, mini rant over. AS SOON AS we have the extra money, Patches has agreed to start over with me. Oi, a whole new 60 day process. Not gonna lie, it sucks knowing I have to start over. But dammit, I have to do this. I want to thank those who read and visit and show your support, it means SO much and was what was keeping me on track with my juicing, and what will once I start back up…. which im praying is this Friday or Monday!

Note to self: next time I need to make myself a juice, do not refer to it as “Juicing Up.”

Hm, the things I’ve learnt along this journey dont stop at health benefits and weight loss. Im so clueless sometimes… most of the time :/

Day 12…

Just got done working out playing DDR on the Wii… dance dance revolution… its my very dorky, yet very fun workout when I dont wanna go to the gym and run. Bonus: The kids LOVE playing it.
Getting ready to go juice lunch :) Hmmmm, what shall I throw in my juicer today?!

Day 11…

ok, so I feel soooooooo much better today! Down 15lbs and not so disappointed anymore.
Didn’t wake up until 11:30 today n patches made my juice…. so, not only am I not 100% on what was in it, but no pics… thats ok, it was just another green juice and he saved me the hour it takes to juice each time! tho, I’m thinking its not taking me as long now…. I hope anyways!

Im having lots of questions now on how exactly this juice reboot works. I have the very very basics listed in my “Info to know” section. a few posts back I also have what equipment you would need. But, really and truly WATCH THE MOVIE! Fat, sick, and nearly dead. I watched that and then read through the facebook fan page. lots of good advice and recipes. If you still have questions…. ask me anything, n ill try to find out for you if I don’t know ;)

Day 10… WHOOP!!!!

Well, Its day 10! Ive lost 10Lbs in these 10 days. Not even gonna lie… Im disappointed. I was expecting to lose at least 2 Lbs  or more a day as Ive seen the other people my size do. Like, ALL of them. No, Im not exaggerating… promise. Im not saying that there arent anymore like me out there, just that they havent posted their results where Im at. If 1 relapse caused it to slow down like this, then Holy Hell that sucks. Im assuming its also my lack of exercise. I have a horrible back and the last 4 days I have barely been able to move for anything. Think: Back Labor… yea, its that bad. I know from experience. BUT, its still something.. and Im going to keep going! Which means more ramblings for ya’all to read YAY! Hopefully at day 20 there will be a physical difference to post a before and after pic.

This mornings Juice was SO purrty…. reminded me of those lifesaver suckers they used to make that were blue or red swirled with white. Oh, childhood!

Day 9… Cont’d

A green one I like!!! It still has a teeny bitter aftertaste, but COMPLETELY bearable on a regular basis! This is yet another one I just started grabbing stuff and throwing it in the juicer for… Maybe it will benefit someone else =)

Oh, and Patches asks me everytime he Juices what order to juice the produce in…. start with the leafy stuff and work your way to the more Juicy stuff. That way the liquid will wash the stuff down form the leafy.

1 cucumber

3 to 4 Kale leaves

3 Handfuls of spinach
